Pre-Departure Webinar

  • A 2-day pre-departure webinar will be held to prepare students with related and introductory readings.

Program Dates

  • Arrival date: June 28 by 2pm
  • Program begins: June 29
  • Program ends: July 19

Deadlines

  • Application and supporting documentation due March 15.
  • Once you have been accepted to the program, a $500 deposit (non-refundable after April 15th) will be due by April 1st. (Please note: Airline tickets should be purchased only after a participant is accepted into the program.)
  • Payment in full is due by May 15
