Biography

Sabol joined the Biology faculty in 2016 after serving as an adjunct professor at both Stonehill College and Bridgewater State University. At Stonehill, she is a coordinator and instructor for Biological Principals I and II labs. During the summer, she continues to work as summer education coordinator aboard SSV Tabor Boy at Tabor Academy. She has also previously taught Biology courses for majors and non-majors at LIU Post, was an ecologist for EcoReefs and an educator for Ocean Explorium, and taught middle school science at Our Sisters’ School.  During her graduate studies, her research focused on coral disease and proximity to sewage effluents in the USVI.
