Nichole C. Heering

Biography

Nichole Heering has over a decade of experience in nursing education including both classroom and clinical education. She has served as a clinical instructor across a variety of nursing courses and has experience supervising students in hospital-based clinical settings, helping them integrate classroom knowledge with hands-on patient care. Prior to her career in nursing education, she worked as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, where she provided direct patient care on medical-surgical and telemetry units. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses by providing students with meaningful, real-life, hands-on learning experiences. She enjoys bringing real-life clinical experiences into the classroom, helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice.
