Biography
Assistant Vice President for Student Success & Retention Kayla Hollins provides strategic leadership for the Navigation Center for Student Success, overseeing departments and programs that support students’ academic achievement, personal and professional development, global engagement, persistence and degree completion.
Previously, Hollins worked at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, serving first as Director of Admission and later as Executive Director of Student Persistence.
Hollins is passionate about building student-centered practices that foster belonging, equity and engagement. She brings a data-informed and relationship-driven approach to her work, championing innovative strategies that help students navigate challenges, access resources and thrive throughout and beyond their Stonehill experience.
