Setting up a Skype Meeting

Did you know that you can schedule Skype for Business meetings right from Outlook or the Outlook Web App?  In Outlook 2016 for Windows, the process is nearly identical to creating a normal meeting in your Calendar.

Simply go to Calendar, click the New Skype Meeting button, and Outlook will automatically generate a calendar invite for you to send to attendees, pre-populated with meeting info and a link that both you and the attendees can click to attend the meeting. Best of all, the link works from anywhere - through the full Skype for Business app if available, through a web-app in your browser if not, or through the mobile app on your phone or tablet.

Even if you're using a device that doesn't have Outlook installed, you can still create Skype meetings through your web browser.  Simply log into office365.stonehill.edu, open the Calendar app, click New, and click the Skype Meeting button.  A meeting link will be generated and you can go ahead and fill out the rest of the meeting information as usual before sending.
