In Memoriam

Longtime benefactor and friend of Stonehill, died on January 4, 2024. Eileen and her late husband, Daniel “Bud” Roche, established the Patty Roche Memorial Scholarship at Stonehill, in honor of their late daughter, a Stonehill alumna, Class of 1984, and the Bud and Eileen Roche Scholarship. In recognition of their philanthropy, the Roche Dining Commons was named in their honor. Eileen and Bud also received Honorary Doctor of Arts and Doctor of Humanities degrees, respectively.
