Strategic Plan Leadership
In support of our shared commitment to one another, various campus constituencies came together to develop the strategic plan.
In 2024, Stonehill College’s Board of Trustees gathered with senior administrators for a leadership retreat centered on strategic priorities for the institution through 2030. From these discussions emerged areas of focus that would guide the Planning Committee and its subgroups as its members further identified and refined key initiatives. These initiatives were shared with the Board of Trustees, faculty and staff in the fall of 2024 with opportunities for feedback and dialogue.
