Those moments when I've been able to travel with my students in our second year Learning Communities and through my courses on Politics in Washington. In addition to traveling to DC every year, I've been with students to Nigeria, England, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Who is your favorite author?
Nonfiction: Bob Wooward. I am obsessed with what's going on in DC. Fiction: Tom Clancy and Ian Fleming. I love spy novels and action stories.

What is your favorite movie?
The Star Wars films.

Where did you go to high school?
