How to Withdraw

To withdraw from a course, students must complete and sign a Course Withdrawal Form. Course Withdrawal Forms are available in the Office of Academic Services & Advising, Duffy 104.

Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw, are dismissed or simply stop attending will receive a failing grade for the course and forfeit all rights to a refund.
