IT provides a robust infrastructure, a variety of networked resources, and accessible support services to enhance the teaching and learning environment for the Stonehill community.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is the single place to seek assistance with technology issues and is accessible via email, the phone or in person. Contact the Service Desk with any technology problems or questions.

Your Stonehill Account 

Your Stonehill username and password are the keys to your digital life at Stonehill, and you’ll use them to log into campus computers, register your devices, access our network, log in to important applications such as myHill and eLearn.


myHill is your path to everything! To access myHill, navigate to and sign-in using your Stonehill username and password. Using the QuickLinks Channel on the left side of the Home tab, you’ll have access to many College resources including your email, our password change service, eLearn, and more. Refer to the myHill for Students category on our Knowledge Base for more information about using myHill.

Managing your Password 

It is extremely important that you enroll in our password change service, which will allow you to change your password or reset a forgotten or expired password. Enrolling in the password change service also ensures you are notified via email before your password expires. To access the password change service, click on the Password Service QuickLink in myHill.

eLearn -Learning Management System 

eLearn utilizes the BlackBoard Learn platform. eLearn provides simple yet powerful tools that enable delivery of course content, management of student outcomes and enhanced collaboration

Teaching with Technology 

IT provides a wide range of instructional applications and support services for faculty to enable the integration of technology into their teaching.

Instructional technologists are available for one-on-one consultations on a variety of topics, including eLearn course design, eLearn gradebook, online collaboration, flipping the classroom,  incorporating technology into a class assignment and much more.
