Payment Options

The College cannot accept direct payment (in person or by mail) by credit card, debit card or ACH. There is a 2.85% (minimum of $3.00) fee for credit/debit card payments. There is no fee for electronic check payments.

If you wish to pay using your MasterCard, Discover, Visa, or American Express credit card, or if you wish to make payment using Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) or electronic check, you may do so online.   Both Domestic and International wire payments can be made here as well.

Students can access their bill and pay online through the myHill payment gateway under myServices > myBill.

Pay using a 529 Plan

After receiving the semester bill, contact your 529 plan administrator and request the amount you need for the semester.
In order to avoid late fees and/or delays at the start of the semester, please allow adequate time for processing.  The 529 plan should make the check payable to Stonehill College, include the student's name and student ID number, and mail to

Payments by cash or check can be made in person Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, at the Cashier's Office, Merkert-Tracy, Room 162.

Payment Plans for Undergraduate Students

Monthly Affordable Payment (MAP) Plan

Stonehill offers an interest-free Monthly Affordable Payment (MAP) Plan each semester instead of or in conjunction with direct payments and/or other borrowing to cover educational costs. The 4-month or 5-month payment plan can be used for payment of Tuition, and Room and Board, and other fees. Learn more.
