The following are on-campus sources of funding that subsidize the costs associated with students’ participation in a wide variety of high-impact learning experiences. Requesting funds from the four sources is done through the High-Impact Learning Experience Awards application.
Provide up to $300 to subsidize the costs associated with attending a professional conference or meeting to present the results of original research, discuss a unique academic program, or participate in a visual, performance, or creative arts competition. Applications are reviewed monthly throughout the academic year.
Through the generous support of donors of the College, funds are available to subsidize the costs associated with the participating in a wide range of high-impact learning activities, such as but not limited to: local, domestic and international internships, study abroad, faculty- or staff-mentored research or creative projects, attendance at conferences, meetings, and workshops to present on work done or for professional development purposes, HOPE service immersions, travel LCs, etc.; there is no set award amount. Applications are reviewed monthly throughout the academic year.
With the objective of supporting Stonehill students who aspire to attend graduate school, we are making available Graduate School Access Awards. These funds, which are made available through the generous support of donors to the College, are available to students to defray the costs associated with the graduate school search, application, and selection process. Applications are reviewed monthly throughout the academic year.
Awards are up to $500 to support leadership opportunities as well as research and conference presentations by Moreau Honors Program students. Applications are reviewed monthly throughout the academic year. Questions about the Honors Program Leadership Grants should be directed to the Director of the Moreau Honors Program, Professor Allyson Sheckler.
