Email Correspondence - Dec. 11: Return to campus schedule for closer returning residents

For New Resident who did not live on campus in the Fall Semester 2020.

To ensure everyone can maintain proper physical distancing, as well as to adequately prepare for your arrival, we ask you to complete the Spring 2021 Move In Appointment Form to let us know what day and time you plan to move in.

Students may bring up to 2 people to assist with moving belongings into the residence hall through Jan 22nd. Following that date individuals who do not live in the residence hall will not be permitted to assist.

Once belongings are moved into the hall, students who live less than 3 hours from campus are expected to go home and may return to campus on January 23rd or 24th with everyone else.

Email Correspondence - Dec. 11: Return to campus schedule for new resident students

As a student who lives over three hours from campus, we understand it may be difficult to coordinate a test and obtain results within 72 hours of return. In this instance, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to return to campus to test and remain here prior to the start of the semester. This will require you to arrive on campus between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm sometime between January 19th-21st.   You will be expected to complete the test as soon as you arrive on campus after which you will be required to quarantine either within your residence hall room or an assigned quarantine space until you receive a negative test result.

If this seems like the best option for you, we ask that you fill out the application to quarantine on campus. Please note that you must be logged in with your Stonehill credentials on your device in order to gain access to this form. We will communicate whether your application has been approved within 48 business hours of submission.

Lastly, if you and a roommate are returning to campus to quarantine, please be aware that you will not be able to quarantine in your room together and we will have to house one of you in a temporary quarantine space.

Application closes on Tuesday, January 12th at 4:30pm
