CETL Faculty Fellows (FFs) are selected through a competitive application process by members of CETL PAC. FFs are members of the full-time faculty at Stonehill College who are
- recognized for their teaching excellence or emerging teaching excellence,
- their desire to continually improve their practice,
- and their desire to disseminate innovative ideas and practices to the Stonehill community and beyond.
Successful applicants will serve for a two-year, four-semester term. And while a major portion of their time will be devoted to active research on their self-identified project (alongside the CETL FD and CETL PLs that align with their project), another significant expectation for FFs is that they will work with their peers (collaborators) and actively disseminate their work within the Stonehill community and beyond.
