Visiting the Office

During the summer, the office is open 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am-12:30pm on Fridays. Need us? Pop in and we will be glad to assist you in-person, or by directing you to virtual appointments, programs, and resources.

The office is located in Cushing-Martin Hall, adjacent to the Chapel of Mary and the library. We are on the right side of the front lobby.


We are available to work with you 1:1 to discuss anything such as internships, career exploration, networking and LinkedIn, graduate school, post grad service, etc.

We will gladly connect with you in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Sign into Handshake to select your date, time, Advisor with whom you would like to meet, and how you would like to connect. Be sure to leave us your phone number in the notes section if applicable. If you choose to meet via Zoom, you will receive an email containing the appropriate Zoom link once your appointment request has been approved.


Summer 2021 Update: Drop-ins are not being held during the summer. Please book an appointment with a Career Advisor via Handshake. Need us in a pinch? Call the front desk at 508-565-1325 and we will gladly assist you! We will once again offer drop-ins in the fall.

Drop-ins are offered 1:00pm-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, during the fall and spring semesters. Drop-ins are quick conversations (about 5-10 minutes). Need more time? Book an appointment and we will be happy to chat! Resume reviews should be done through Resume Labs or a resume review appointment.

Resume Reviews: Appointments & Labs

Summer 2021 Update: Resume Labs are not being held during the summer. Resume Review appointments will be available all summer until Resume Labs return in Fall 2021. Need us in a pinch? Call the front desk at 508-565-1325 and we will do our best to quickly assist you.

Resume review appointments may be booked via Handshake, same as any other appointment type. Simply select "Resume review" as the appointment type, then your preferred date and time. You may meet with any Career Advisor. Zoom or in-person are the preferred meeting methods as it will allow us to easily view your document and share feedback and relevant materials.

Resume Labs are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via Zoom, and are led by a trained student Career Ambassador. They operate similar to virtual drop-ins, but specifically for resumes and cover letters. If you have a draft of a resume already, be prepared to remotely share your desktop so we can see it. If not, pop in and we will provide you materials and guidance to get started!

We transformed a space in the Kruse Center specifically for your interviews with employers, grad schools, and service organizations. Call us at 508-565-1325 with any questions.

Suit-A-Skyhawk Closets

Our free interview attire borrowing closet is open! Stop by 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday or 8:30am-12:30pm on Friday and a Career Advisor will assist you in identifying an outfit that should work for you.

Students are allowed to sign out one outfit at a time, and may use it for about one week. Items must be returned. Clothing will not be recirculated until it has been professionally dry cleaned.


New and Current students: Please do not submit a request for a new profile.  We build them for you automatically.  Please call our front desk at 508-565-1325 with any questions. 

Your profile is already uploaded into Handshake. You may access it at  Select "Stonehill Users" and sign in using your standard Stonehill username and password.

Your profile was not automatically transferred to Handshake, but we welcome you to create one in our new system! Click here and select "Stonehill Alternate Login."  Please fill out your profile completely and keep it public until after your profile is approved.  Profiles marked "private" are not verifiable and we cannot grant you access.  Once approved, you can choose to make your profile private. 

If you are already using Handshake as part of your recruitment efforts, please add Stonehill College to your list of schools.  You will then upload any job and internship postings for Stonehill. If you are not already using Handshake, please follow this link to request an employer account.  You will then be able to upload any job and internship postings so our students can access them and apply.

Employers can use the link above to request an employer profile in Handshake and upload all job and internship opportunities they wish to their own profile. Then, they select schools at which these postings will be made available. Opportunities posted in the Stonehill database are accessible only to members of the Stonehill community.
