Dear Stonehill Community,

I write to share an update regarding the College’s COVID-19 testing protocols. As we continue monitoring how the pandemic is proceeding on campus and within our communities, the College has decided to end mandatory surveillance testing as of Friday, April 8, 2022.

The College will continue to provide testing for individuals exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, as well as voluntary testing for those who prefer to continue to test. The Testing Center will remain open through the end of the spring 2022 semester, and hours of operation will remain the same.

Our pandemic response team, including our experienced medical consultants, will continue monitoring trends in COVID-19 positivity and adjust protocols as needed.

Thank you to our Testing Center staff for their efforts in helping the campus community stay safe and healthy. We are truly grateful for their service during these challenging times. We are equally appreciative to our students, faculty and staff for doing their part to “protect the nest.”

Sincerely,

Thomas V. Flynn
