Mar. 23: Student Mental Health and Wellness Resources
Writing to students, the Office of Student Affairs shared some valuable mental health and wellness resources.
Dear Students,
The disruption caused by the current virus outbreak has impacted us all personally, professionally, and academically. Feelings of sadness, confusion, isolation, fear, or anger are just a few of the emotions that many may be experiencing. As we come together as a community to support one another through these trying times, we want to share some valuable mental health and wellness resources. If needed, please do not hesitate to utilize those that would be most helpful and encourage your friends to do so as well. Please visit the Counseling Services website for the most up to date resources at: https://www.stonehill.edu/offices-and-services/counseling-services/.
Please know of our continued thoughts and well wishes for you.
Sincerely,
The Office of Student Affairs

Please note, a variety of outside vendors are offering online resources for free during the COVID-19 crisis to allow broad access for mental health and wellness resources. We will share relevant resources as a convenience for interested students. However, it should be noted that Stonehill is not officially affiliated with these services and they are independent platforms. It is a personal choice to utilize these types of resources and you may not find all the resources to be helpful for your needs. Please don’t hesitate to call Counseling Services to schedule a phone consultation if you would benefit from discussing coping strategies and resources further.
