Office of Human Resources header

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the College is committed to providing an in-person campus experience this fall, in the safest manner possible. As we approach the start of the semester, many of you are preparing to return to campus and I write with updated guidance on that process.

Specifically, we have finalized a process for employee on-board testing that minimizes risks and supports the health and safety of our community, families and our surrounding neighbors.

All staff and faculty who already have been or will be working on campus for any portion of time are required to take an on-board test. This includes those who are interacting with others remotely yet physically are on campus (for example, faculty members teaching remotely from their office).

On-board testing will start on August 6, 2020 and run through August 17, 2020 at the College’s Testing Center in Alumni Hall. All residential and commuter students are also required to take onboard testing and will be required to do so as part of the process for returning to campus.

For more details, including Testing Center hours, the process for making an appointment if you wish to do so, and an outline of our guidelines for individuals who test positive with COVID-19, please read Human Resources' full guidelines. You can find additional information on returning to campus on the College website and in the COVID-19 Return to Campus Guidelines for Employees.

Thank you in advance for taking this process seriously and working diligently to protect the health and safety of everyone both on and off campus.
Sincerely,

Lily Krentzman
Director of Human Resources
