Two New Buildings Anchor the College's New Schools
Stonehill College prepares students to anticipate change and meet it with a focused plan of action. We also live what we teach. The College recently created two schools – The School of Arts & Sciences and the Leo J. Meehan School of Business. The initiative is the centerpiece of an academic reorganization designed to further enhance the College’s strengths and better position it to connect students with emerging career opportunities. New Health Science Major Connects Students with Growing Sector of Economy

New Major Places Primary Focus on Performance

New Data Science Major Combines Skills in Computer Science and Statistics
Stonehill will now offer a major in data science, building off an already popular minor at the College. Housed in the School of Arts & Sciences, the interdisciplinary major offers students the opportunity to acquire an integrated set of computer science, mathematics and analytical skills needed to enter the data science field and find meaning in large data sets. New Major and Master’s Degree in Special Education
Stonehill’s education department will expand this year with the addition of an undergraduate and graduate special education program. New Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication Emphasizes Creativity
Stonehill’s new IMC master's degree program leverages the College’s legacy of providing in-depth, rigorous, high-contact learning to equip students to advance in a marketing department or start their own agency. New Minor in Digital Humanities, a Digital-intensive and Project-based Learning Experience
Housed in the English department in partnership with the Digital Innovation Lab, our new minor in digital humanities will use computational models to analyze and visualize data to study traditional humanities disciplines including literature and languages, philosophy, history, religious studies and the arts.
