Jessica Ann Giannino was sworn-in to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in January, 2021, having been elected in November, 2020. She serves as a member of the Joint Committees on: the Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture; Economic Development and Emerging Technologies; Election Laws; and Advanced Information Technology, the Internet and Cybersecurity. Rep. Giannino is also a member of the Metropolitan Beaches Commission.

Rep. Brandy Fluker Oakley, Esq.

12th Suffolk
Brandy Fluker Oakley, Esq. is State Representative for the 12th Suffolk District serving parts of Dorchester, Hyde Park, Mattapan, and Milton. As a first-term legislator, Brandy serves on the following committees: Transportation, The Judiciary, Community Development & Small Business, and Racial Equity, Civil Rights & Inclusion. She proudly serves on the Women’s Caucus executive board as a Representative for the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus.

Rep. Meghan Kilcoyne ’10

12th Worcester
Meghan Kilcoyne, a 2010 graduate of Stonehill, is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 12th Worcester District. Meg has worked with Representative Harold Naughton since 2010. While working for Representative Naughton, Meg has worked on a variety of issues impacting both the district and the Commonwealth. Serving as the Representative’s Legislative Director, Meg has been primarily responsible for crafting several major pieces of legislation that were signed into law. Meg also worked with local officials and legislators of both parties to successfully shepherd through numerous local bills for each town in the district. Additionally, she has also served as Representative Naughton’s chief budget analyst and worked with the Representative to secure millions of dollars in funding for every town in the district.

Rep. Edward Philips

8th Norfolk
A lifelong resident of the Town of Sharon, Ted was elected in 2020 to represent the 8th Norfolk District in the Massachusetts State House after serving as a legislative staffer for fifteen years. He currently serves on the Joint Committees on Community Development and Small Businesses; Economic Development and Emerging Technologies; Municipalities and Regional Government; and Veterans and Federal Affairs. Ted earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University.

Rep. Adam Scanlon

14th Bristol
Adam Scanlon is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 14th Bristol District. He serve as a member of the Joint Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets, the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Business, the Joint Committee on the Judiciary and the Joint Committee on Racial Equity, Civil Rights and Inclusion. His priorities for this session include expanding access for vocational education, senior property tax relief and supporting small businesses. He currently the youngest State Representative in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
