Welcome to the applicant portal for Stonehill College's Downtown Center for Community Engagement. The Downtown Center for Community Engagement is intended to be a hub for community development, nonprofit resource sharing, and civic engagement. We welcome classes, student groups, nonprofit and civic partners to utilize this innovative and collaborative downtown space. This application is specifically for smaller nonprofits who are seeking a year long, renewable contract to occupy one cubicle space part time or full time.
Each fiscal year the DCCE will host up to four Nonprofit Incubation Space Partners. What is the "incubation space"? This is a collaborative experiment in resource sharing and new economy growth of the nonprofit sector in Brockton, supported by the Center for Nonprofit Management and the Center for Service and Social Justice at Stonehill College. Membership within the incubation space network will allow access to trainings, workshops, physical space, and synergistic networking opportunities with other small, local nonprofits that are working to craft a better Brockton.
