The Stonehill College Office of Career Services partnered with CSO Research Inc. to perform our 2015 senior exit survey using The Outcomes Survey (TOS) – the national standard for career outcomes data collection.

TOS collects data over a 13-month period starting approximately one month before graduation and ending one year post-graduation using online survey methods based on best practices. Some variation in this schedule may occur based on institutional circumstances, but only those meeting data collection standards are included in aggregate data with the exception of preliminary reports. Surveys are distributed using email messages during the data collection period. The survey is continuously open over the course of the year. With the exception of appended custom questions, TOS uses standardized questions across all institutions using the system within a customizable modular system. Aggregate data are only reported in cases where the number of data points equals or exceeds five responses.

TOS is a nationally standardized survey instrument that meets best practice standards for institutional research and has been vetted and approved by multiple institutional review boards.
