Information for Parents and Families

As the school year begins for the Class of 2023, it represents an exciting time for both our new students and their families. We hope that this page contains useful information to help answer your questions.

Summer Orientation

We offer a one-day orientation program for families of our first-year students which is held on the first day of each Summer Orientation session. The program is designed to offer information that is different from what parents and families might have heard at a Skyhawk Welcome Day or other Admission events. Families (regardless if it is their first or third student attending college) have found it helpful. While it is an overnight experience for students, the College cannot offer lodging accommodations for families. A link to local lodging options is offered further down on this page.
