Personal Contacts
You can find a contact and place a call, even if you don't know their phone number. Local contact information that you have setup in Outlook is accessible using Unified Messaging.
Simply say the contacts first and last name, and tell the system which number you'd like to call (office, cell or home, if you have the numbers recorded in your local contacts).
