The Office of Intercultural Affairs is pleased to present the following workshop options for your classes, leadership trainings, or professional development.

Diversity Related Interviewing Skills |
In the interview process, employers will likely ask questions about experiences working with diverse groups of people, resolving conflict, etc. This workshop is designed to assist the participants in answering tough questions related to diversity of experience and clients. |

Leadership Training |
In order to lead, one must have an understanding of those who participate in the organization, club or structure. Oftentimes, membership is diverse. This leadership training focuses on using diversity as an asset to developing strong, cohesive groups. |
Most appropriate for student leadership training, however most exercises can be adapted for all levels. |

Pre-Post-Departure |
Cultural awareness is important to a meaningful pre/post departure experience in a different country. This workshop will help participants unpack fears, hopes, and expectations of living and learning in a different culture. |
Good for students and groups studying, interning, and/or volunteering abroad. |
