Summer Housing Information

Summer 2013 Housing

Housing Applications now being accepted.  To complete the Housing Application go into MyHousing via MyHill and click the link for "Apply Online".  Make sure that you select the Summer Housing Application from the drop down menu.

To qualify for summer housing at Stonehill, you must meet at least one of the conditions listed below and be working/attending classes full-time (at least 35 hours per week).

SURE Scholars

Housing cost: $30.00 per week
Payment method: Students must be paid in full prior to moving in OR have completed a payroll deduction form.

Work Study Students (full or part time)

Housing cost: $60.00 per week
Payment method: Students must be paid in full prior to moving in OR have completed a payroll deduction form.

Part-Time Students (academic coursework)

Housing cost: $125.00 per week
Payment method: Students must be paid in full prior to moving in.

Internships

Either a full time, course credit internship through Stonehill College OR an approved full time, non-credited internship approved by the Office of Career Services.
Housing cost: $60.00 per week
Payment method: Students must be paid in full prior to moving in.

Summer Housing in New York City

To qualify for summer housing in New York, students must provide proof of enrollment in a full-time, course credit internship through Stonehill College OR an approved, full time, non-credited internship approved by the Office of Career Services.
Housing cost for Stonehill College students: $60.00 per week
Housing cost for students at Holy Cross Colleges: $175.00 per week
Payment method: Students must be paid in full prior to moving in.

Students may not move on campus for the summer until Residence Life has received the following:

1. A completed summer housing application AND
2. A copy of your course registration form , internship agreement or work-study hire form AND
3. Proof of payment for housing. We will accept payroll deduction forms for work study employment OR receipts showing payment for housing from the Student Accounts Office.

You will be notified once we have verified the above information. If approved for summer residency, you will receive additional information and room assignment via email. Applications will be accepted on a space available basis. Further regulations related to tax paperwork and payment can be obtained in the Office of Student Financial Services .
