Below you will find the most common forms available in the Residence Life Office. Please click on the file names below to open each document.

Housing Preference Form for New First Year Students -Between June 20th and July 1st, all incoming new first-year students must fill out the online housing application located under the MyCampus tab on the myHill student portal.

Room and Board Contract for 2012-13
Students participating in room selection will complete this contract electronically via the MyHousing link available on the myHill student portal.

Room and Board Contract for 2011-12
Students who would like a printed copy of the Room and Board Contract for the current academic year may download or print a copy for their records using the link above.

Students under 18 years of age must co-sign this contract with a parent/guardian and submit them to the Residence Life Office by FAX at 508-565-1447 or by mail at the address below:
