The "Map Network Drive" window will appear. Choose a drive letter (#1) that you would like to use, then enter the folder name (#2) that you would like to map to. All mappings start with:
\\fileshare
For example, to connect to the "Information Technology" fileshare, you would enter:
\\fileshare\Information Technology
If you are unsure of the spelling of the fileshare, you can click the "Browse" button (#3), and view all of the available shares.

Make sure that "Reconnect at logon" is checked, then click the "Finish" button. Your departmental fileshare is now available, and you can access it as you normally would!
