Voicemail Quick Reference Guide
Avaya Intuity Voicemail is available to all administration, faculty and staff. Students do not have voicemail except for Resident Assistants.
Part-time faculty sharing offices do not have voicemail on the office telephone. Part-time faculty may request individual virtual mailboxes so messages can be left and retrieved anytime. Contact the Help Desk to request a mailbox.
To Login to AUDIX:
- Dial ext. 1100 from on campus; dial 508-565-1100 from off-campus
- Enter extension and # (if you are at your extension just enter #)
- Enter password and #
- To send a message to list or to individual press 1
- To listen to messages press 2
- To record a personal greeting press 3.
