VPN Service

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a secure encrypted network connection. The VPN gateway is a network access service which permits computers to access the Stonehill network as if you are physically located on the Stonehill campus network.

Please follow the directions below to install the VPN service and establish VPN connection:

• Installing the VPN Service (Windows)

After you have established a connection to the Stonehill Network via VPN, there are a variety of things you can do, including:

• Mapping to a departmental fileshare (Windows XP)
• Mapping to a departmental fileshare (Windows Vista/7)
• Mapping to a departmental fileshare (Macintosh)
