Support for College Events

Media Technology professionals routinely provide Audio Visual support for all College events, including equipment setup, technical support and filming major College events.

The request process for media technology is thru the Master Calendar and by choosing "My Requests ". Please indicate your media technology needs on this form at least 5 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation whether the equipment you requested is available.

If there are questions about your media technology requests, an IT staff member will be in contact with you to clarify the requirements.
