Organizing email using rules
The Student2Student@students.stonehill.edu address is a distribution group that emails the entire Stonehill student population. This group email address is only available for Stonehill student use and will not work for any external email accounts.
Step 1: In order to move your Student2Student email messages to a new folder, click on "Options"

Step 2: Click on "Organize Email"

Step 3: Under Inbox Rules , click on "New"

Step 4: Under "When the message arrives, and:" choose "It was sent to" from the options provided in the drop down and then click on "Apply this rule"

Step 5: This will open the Address Default Global List. In the Search box, type "Student2Student" and doubleclick on it so that the To: box is populated automatically or, alternatively, type "Student2Student" directly in the To: box and click on "OK."

Step 6: In the dropbox for "Do the following", choose "Move the message to folder ....." Select "Inbox" from list of options and and cl
ick on "New folder"
Step 7: Give your new folder a name such as "Student2StudentMail" and click "OK", and then "Save".

Step 8: Click on "My Mail" on upper right hand corner of screen to return to your mail.
A rule has been setup that organizes all Student2Student emails to automatically move to the Student2StudentMail folder as soon they arrive to your Inbox.
