About the program: GRC is committed to bringing young scientists together to discuss their current research and build informal networks with their peers that may lead to a lifetime of collaboration and scientific achievement. To that end, GRC, with the Kenan Institute for Engineering, Technology & Science at North Carolina State University, has established the Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) program, a series of 2-day meetings organized by graduate students and post-docs with the support of leading scientists from an associated GRC. - More Info
My Brother’s Keeper Family Walk

- About the program: The 3rd Annual My Brother’s Keeper Family Walk. It’s a celebration of the ‘Keeper’ community: a family united in Christ serving families in need. The day will include a prayer service, a beautiful 3-mile route around Stonehill College and Easton’s Sheep Pasture, followed by lunch with plenty of fun activities for children. All are welcome.

New England Association of Chemistry Teachers

- Description:The 74th Summer Conference of The New England Association of Chemistry Teachers will take place at Stonehill College, Easton, MA, from August 5-9. The theme, "It's All Atomic," encompasses a broad range - from Periodicity, through history and every imaginable overlap of chemistry concepts. Pro-Life Boot Camp
- Dates: July 18 - 21, 2013
- About the program: Pro-Life Boot Camp offers students opportunities for daily Mass, introduction to Theology of the Body (writings of Pope John Paul II), praise and worship, prayer time at a local abortion center, and time to create and perform fun Pro-Life skits. In addition, the attendees perform service projects for families in need through Pro-Life and pro-family organizations.

Water Environment Federation Activated Sludge Symposia

Description: The Teenage Identity and Diversity Education (TIDE) Conference is a 3-day event planned and led by high school students of diverse backgrounds. Attendees learn to communicate respectfully and use their skills in discussions about highly-charged issues, fostering bonds and friendships that will continue after the conference. Conference attendees participate in workshops, dialogues, and other activities throughout the weekend that allow them to: Discover more about themselves and their own understanding of personal identity; Learn about the beliefs and identities of others;Make their voices heard at a conference that has been planned by high school students specifically for their peers.
