How do I access the myHill portal?
What is my user name and password?
To access the myHill portal, you will need to login to myHill using your Stonehill username and password. This is the same username and password that you use for the campus network and to access Elearn. If you don't remember this password or if you have difficulty logging into myHill , please contact the helpdesk via phone (HELP) or email mailto:email@example.com for assistance.
Can I access myHill from home or from my residence hall?
Yes, you can access MyHill from any computer with a web browser and internet connection.

What if I need help learning how to use myHill?
The system is fairly simple to learn and there are many resources for additional help. Once you login there is help icon available on the top right of your screen and you can always contact the IT Help Desk at x4357 (HELP) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do I need to logout?
Yes, you should always logout for security reasons so others don't have access to your personal information. The system will automatically time you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Why do I sometimes get timed out of myHill?
There is a 30-minute timeout for security. It takes effect if you are idle for 30 minutes and will automatically log you out of the system.
Can I use a pop-up blocker?
Pop-up blockers can cause problems with myHill. If your browser will not display the myHill login page because it has a pop-up blocker, go to the browser preferences and make http://myhill.stonehill.edu an allowed site.
