How to Email Class List
For a complete list of registered students, click on Classlist. A summary class list will display.
E-mail Class icon
appears at the bottom of the screen. Click on the icon to email your class.
This option within myHill, works accurately if you use the MS Outlook (for windows) or Entourage (for Mac) applications. The student email addresses will appear in the bcc line by design. You can go ahead and enter the subject and your message, then click Send.
All college owned computers include MS Outlook for Windows and Entourage for the Mac platform. To configure Outlook to use the comma as the email separator, you may follow the instructions on Configuring Outlook to use Comma Separators or call the IT Help Desk(ext 4357) for assistance. There is no need to configure Entourage settings, as it configures automatically.
Off campus you probably use web mail webmail.stonehill.edu. However, if you need to use myHill to email your class from home, you must use Outlook or Entourage over the VPN.
