What is myHill Faculty Services?
Faculty Services channels provides links to retrieve data directly from the Banner database, based upon the user's role in Banner. All information is live and in real time. Faculty Services provides information in an easy‐to‐read format that is available from any computer connected to the Internet.
What information do I need to login to myHill?
You need your Stonehill username and password to login to myHill. After logging in, select the Faculty Services tab.
Is there a time limit on myHill sessions?
Yes. For your protection, if your myHill session has more than 30 minutes of inactivity, your session will be terminated. If that happens, please log in myHill again.
How do I see and print my Class roster?
Click the Class List icon within the Faculty Dashboard channel.
When your Summary Class List displays, you can select Print from the file menu or press CTRL/P to print your class roster.
How do I copy the student name and id numbers into Excel to create a gradebook?
Click the Class List icon within the Faculty Dashboard channel.
Your Summary Class List will display. You can now copy your class list from the list by highlighting the portion you need and choose Copy from the edit menu and open Excel and choose Paste. You can delete the columns you do not need.
How can I send an email to all my students enrolled in one of my classes?
Click on Email icon within the Faculty Dashboard channel to send email to all students for any one of your classes.
How can I send an email to one of my students enrolled in one of my classes?
Click the class list icon within the Faculty Dashboard channel. Your Summary Class List will display. Email to individual students is available from class list.

How can I access information about a student?
Faculty has access to information for all Stonehill students, not just your advisees. Choose the Select a Student link within Student Information for Advisors channel, select the term and search for the student to see a detailed list of student information.
