Clark is a partner at Wall street law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and is a member of its Executive Committee.
Clark advises prominent investment banks and corporations in capital market and bank lending transactions, including debt and equity offerings and bank financings, as well as merger and acquisition transactions and debt restructurings.

He has practiced at Cahill since his graduation from Albany Law School of Union University in 1979, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review. He became a partner in 1987 and began his service on the firm's Executive Committee in 2007.
Clark was elected a Stonehill trustee in spring 2010. He resides in Greenwich, CT with two of his children (the third lives in Vail, CO).
