Meet the 2009 - 2010 Honors Leadership Grants Recipients. Nicholas Pace ’10 for travel to the American Chemical Society Conference in San Francisco to present his paper, “Expanding the scope of pyrrolizidine synthesis by starting with D-glactose and D-mannose.”
Mitch Keylor ’11 for travel to the American Chemical Society Conference in San Francisco to present his summer chemical research project titled, “The Synthesis, Characterization, and Purification of a Vinyl Pyrrolidine, and its Subsequent Conversion to a Polyhydroxylated Pyrrolidine”.
Meaghan Murphy ‘10 for a language software program to learn Swahili in preparation for post-graduate volunteer service.
Matt Rigby ’10 for travel to the 24th Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC in San Antonio, Texas. He will present a poster of an abstract on his research involving GABA neuronal control of behavior in the GAD67-GFP mouse model.
Jason Lynch ’11 for travel to the archives of the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, CA, to study “Flannery O’Connor and Discoursed of Psychoanalysis”.
