Pre-Tenure Retreat

The Pre-Tenure Retreat is organized at the end of the academic year by the Dean of the Faculty and the Center for Teaching and Learning.

The retreat is meant to be a time for faculty on the tenure track to reflect on the previous year and to discuss the different stages of the tenure process.

Participants have commented that they appreciate the "open and honest discussion" of the tenure process during the retreat as well as the opportunity it provides to connect with colleagues.
