A doctoral candidate at Rutgers University, Anders will be a Fellow in the Philosophy Department. From 2007-2009, he taught a variety of philosophy courses at Rutgers and in the fall of 2005, he taught philosophy of religion at Drew University. In 2003, Anders was a teaching assistant at the University of Virginia.
Anders specializes in metaphysics, early modern philosophy and Kant. He is also interested in philosophical methodology, philosophy of religion, ancient and medieval philosophy and ethics. His dissertation is a systematic presentation of Descartes' metaphysics.
