Center for Performance Management

Donahue Hall, Stonehill College

The Center for Performance Management (CPM) is an initiative of Stonehill College

What is Performance Management?

Performance management refers to the management of desired outcomes (e.g., profitability, job performance, job satisfaction) using a systematic and evidence based approach.

The CPM works directly with strategic partners and member organizations to provide in-depth knowledge about performance management applied to the organization, industry, and business processes. The CPM leverages access to researchers (Stonehill and beyond) who can conduct custom research projects.
