Standard 4. The Academic Program
A baccalaureate liberal arts college, Stonehill College offers programs in the Arts, Sciences and several pre-professional disciplines. In addition, it offers preparation for teaching licensure consistent with the standards set by the Massachusetts Department of Education. The current curriculum requires a minimum of forty (40) courses for graduation, and most courses are offered for three (3) hours of credit. Laboratory science courses are generally four (4) credit hours. Programs of study lead to the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
