The Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex is the center for intramural sports on campus and also holds the student, faculty, and staff workout facilities.
The Ames Sports Complex features a varsity weight room and a recreational weight room. The variety of strength training equipment makes these areas ideal for athletes and students alike.
There are also two cardiovascular fitness centers containing treadmills, stair masters, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, and a selection of strength training machines. One of the cardio areas is for varsity teams to use as a group, and the other is for general student use.
The Ames Sports Complex also houses an aerobics/dance studio, which is the perfect place for Stonehill's Dance Team, Dance Club, and Dance Company to rehearse.
The Stonehill Skyhawks participate in the Northeast-10 NCAA Division II conference. When playing on home turf, our varsity football team takes on teams here in W.B. Mason Stadium.
