Reproduction and Publishing of Archival Materials

Reproduction and/or publication of all of Stonehill Historical Materials is permitted with permission from the Director of Archives and Historical Collections.

Current Costs:

Photocopies:
10 cents, Stonehill students, faculty and staff
50 cents, non-Stonehill constituents

Photographic Reproductions:  Stonehill will make photographic prints of negatives and prints for which it currently owns the copyright.  Stonehill owns the copyright for all of the Bauman Photograph Collection, but not for all images in it's other collections.  Questions about buying prints should be directed to the Director of Archives and Historical Colllections

Publication of images and other archival documents:

Reproduction of any of Stonehill's archival materials requires written permission and licensing agreements are required for the publication of any Bauman negatives.  Costs are based on type of publication.
