The Library's Online Catalog

The library's online web catalog is the library's main administrative system. Patrons primarily use this in order to search the library's collection of material whether by title, author, subject or keyword. The library's catalog is available from off campus. Patrons, with their barcode number and PIN, can log into the library catalog to get additional information.

View Your Circulation History - Patrons can log into the catalog to get a list of items that they currently have checked out. Additionally, they can see when their items are due back in the library.

My Reading History - Patrons can opt to have the library catalog track the items that they check out. This would allow patrons to see a list of all items that they have ever checked out from the library. This is a service in which patrons must choose to participate. This information is not available to library staff. Patrons can delete their reading history at any time and can always opt out of this service.

Preferred Searches - Patrons can save search strategies in order to repeat them at a later date. Patrons can also choose to Mark their Preferred Searches for Email. If a patron opts into this service, the library catalog will send the patron an email if any new items meeting that search criteria are entered into the library system.
