Submitting a Motion

To submit a proposal to be voted on at a future senate meeting:

1. Please complete the Senate Motion Form Letter (.doc).
2. Submit the form with the proposal to the senate vice president at least seven (7) days before the senate meeting.

Submitting a Proxy Ballot

If you are senator and will not be able to make it to a senate meeting:

1. Please complete a proxy ballot (.doc).
2. Submit your proxy ballot to the vice president of the senate either by e-mail or regular mail prior to the senate meeting.
