Help Desk

The Helpdesk provides phone, e-mail, in-person and online support for faculty, staff and students who have issues related to computing at Stonehill. The Helpdesk provides answers to general computing questions, questions regarding the utilization of supported software applications or operating systems, and trouble-ticket processing for problem reports.

Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 5pm Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Stanger 109 (satellite location)
Monday-Thursday 5pm to Midnight Saturday Noon to 5pm Sunday Noon to 10pm
