Susan Viera - Director of Planning and Design

Susan is responsible for the preliminary programming, floor plan design, layout, and drafting of small and medium size projects working with other Facilities Management professionals and College committees. 

Susan also does cost estimating, code review, and liaisons with code officials while planning projects.  Addtionally, she works with outside architectural and engineering firms on plan development and review for larger projects. Email: sviera@stonehill.edu

Kim Cordeiro - Administrative Assistant
