7. Can I cash my check at a Bank of America Branch?
Yes - please note however, that all employees cashing a check at a Bank of America branch will be charged a $6.00 fee per check unless the employee has an account with Bank of America (checking, savings, credit card, mortgage etc.). This fee is required by Bank of America to cover the cost of compliance requirements of the Patriot Act. To avoid this fee, employees should deposit checks at his/her own branches.
