The Hill Card can be used at a number of on campus and off campus locations. For a complete list of locations, go to http://www.stonehill.edu/hilldollarslocations.xml.
Food Flex is a program launched in Fall 2009 that gives students the option to spend up to $50.00 of their Meal Plan money to purchase food only at the Dunkin Donuts on campus and at participating off-campus dining locations.
If you opt not to use your Food Flex dollars at participating off-campus dining locations, that $50.00 will remain part of your Meal Plan and can be used to purchase food at on-campus dining halls.
To review all your Hill Card activity, visit http://www.stonehill.edu/hillcard and click on "Manage my Hill Card" to see all your transactions on each account on your Hill Card.
To add money to your Hill Card, visit http://www.stonehill.edu/hillcard and click on "Manage my Hill Card." You may also add funds by going to the Cashier's Office in Duffy 128, or simply mark your payment record sheet and include it with your tuition.
Money included within your Meal Plan or your Food Flex account is non-refundable. However, Hill Dollars are 100% refundable or can be carried over to the next academic year.
Your friends cannot use your Hill Card; however, you can always make purchases for visiting friends using your Hill Card.
If for any reason your card does not work, bring it to Campus Police so your card can be evaluated for any problems.
Call Campus Police at x5555 and report it missing immediately! Once you notify Campus Police, your card will be deactivated and you will be charged a $25 replacement fee for a new card. Please know that until you report the card lost or stolen, you are responsible for any loss of funds from your Hill Card.
